Centralia Walkabout Black & White Project



Here is a picture that I took at Borst Park in Centralia. The original picture was fine but I decided to manipulate it with a photoediting program called G.I.M.P. First I created a duplicate copy of the image. I then selected the bottom image layer and desaturated the photo until it was black and white. Then I took my eraser to the top layer and cut out any color on that layer that wasn't part of the moss clump. The end result turned out pretty good. Total time to edit was about 30 minutes.
